Our goal and mission statement at The Law Offices of Patrick M. Walsh is to fight to ensure that our asbestos clients obtain the compensation they are entitled to from the companies and people that caused their asbestos-related disease.  Our clients are our number one priority, as they should be.

Whether our client is diagnosed with Mesothelioma, Asbestos-Related Lung Cancer or a Non-Malignant Asbestos condition, we will aggressively pursue all possible forms of financial recovery.  Generally, in an asbestos case, there are three (3) primary forms of possible recovery that we will attempt to obtain for our asbestos clients: *

Product Liability Litigation - A case can be pursued against companies who manufactured, supplied, distributed, sold and/or used asbestos-containing products to which our client may have been exposed.

Asbestos Bankruptcy Trusts - Due to the widespread use of asbestos, particularly prior to 1980, a number of companies have established bankruptcy trusts in an attempt to compensate victims of asbestos-related diseases.  We will investigate each and every asbestos trust to determine whether a claim can be filed on behalf of our client in order to obtain financial compensation from the trust.

Workers Compensation Benefits - Benefits may be available to the spouse of a decedent exposed to asbestos during employment at a particular employer.

Although some involvement is always needed from our client, their families and co-workers, we do our best to be the least intrusive to our clients as possible.  We understand what asbestos-related diseases do to the victims and their families and, in addition to fighting for compensation for our clients, we also understand the impact of treatment (chemotherapy, radiation, etc.) as well as the grieving process for family members who may have lost a loved one.

All of our work is done on a "contingency fee" basis, which means you owe us nothing unless we obtain a financial award for you!

* Note:  the type of compensation pursued in a particular case depends upon the facts and circumstances of that case, as well as the jurisdiction in which the case is brought.  Every case is different and will be evaluated to determine the best course of action possible.
